The bridge is named after Owen 'Gethin' Jones, Stonemason of Penmachno.Sub contractor responsible for masonry on stations and bridges. Official name is 'Lledr Viaduct' No.34,seven arches, local materials used where possible but the LNWR requested Pemaenmawr stone for the quoins, strings and copings.
The line rises at 1/50 and 1/69 to the tunnel at Pont-y-pant.Hence the exhaust which makes up for the lack on sunday with 70013. Unfortunately the structure is almost totally obscured by trees these days.
