A Grand Day Out!

Here's one that goes back to the summer of 2009.
Arriving at Temple Meads with the empty stock for the Torbay Express, is "Tornado". A party of us had booked a trip on this train for a grand day out in Devon. Fish and chips at Dartmouth, washed down with a pint of bitter, watched a bit of local cricket on the green, and we even had a cream tea on the return trip!
Mmmmm....
Can I take this opportunity to wish Ian, and all the folks who post photos, or visit "Steam Box", a very Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year.

Hi Vaughan
Great picture. It has a look of York Station. The day out sounds fantastic. Reminds me of one our first holidays in Torbay, in the mid the ‘70’s.
