Heres another fine study of Scots Guardsman, which hasn't those cables in the way to spoil the shot. The con rods at the bottom too showing the valve gear off (has there been controversy about this before) thank you for posting this for us.
Regards Ant

Thank you for kind words. These two are my first pictures to be uploaded, as I only signed up today.

Woodlesford is fortunate in not being electrified. I had to race to get there from the previous location, Outwood, so didn't have time to set for a more action shot. Still as we three "Spa's" and one "Flyer" each week in this area, there's always time to try again.

Hello 'asys04468' - Your posts of 'Scots Guardsman' are very good! As Ant says, this one is particularly good as there are no wires, for me the Mk.1 coach behind the tender reminds me of how it was fifty odd years ago! Even the shape and colour of the headboard is authentic for that period! I haven't seen posts from you before so I assume you might be a new member [?] - Welcome and keep up the good work. Regards from Phil H. Leura. Oz.

Thank you, yes these are first two postings, I have only just discorved the site. I'm currently sorting out some more pictures to upload.
